Jokes aside, I think this is kind of an interesting question and I'm definitely of two minds about it. My thoughts on loli is that it's only drawings and as long as it isn't traced or referenced, it shouldn't be illegal. I think you deserve most of the social outcasting you get (we'll get into caveats) but by and large it's not such a big deal that anything legal should be done about it imo. Having spoken to a lot of people, I think most people are into at least one thing that's fucked up or plain weird according to the current social zeitgeist and to pretend you're totally vanilla or only into ebin chad alpha male kinks is disingenuous. Actual cp and ai images trained on the same are absolutely reprehensible, this goes without saying.
At the same time, I think pedophilia is best treated as a mental illness rather than a moral failing. Usually it comes about as a result of loneliness (which is only getting worse and worse as the years go on and our brave captains of industry devise more ways to get us hooked on social media, gooning, and gambling) plus porn addiction, and not out of any inherent desire to fuck kids per se. I would think it's kind of like how any fetish develops where it's driven more by the desire to be transgressive and cross that line even further than, as I said, specific desire. That's where loli becomes problematic, because it acts as a gateway drug. It's particularly corrosive because it's not just loli in a vacuum. From what I've seen, lolicons don't tend to draw that stark line, when among their own, between loli and pedophilia, because they don't want to be seen as moralfagging, or because they think encouraging others and themselves to go deeper into their paraphernalia is hot in a corruption sort of way. Like I said, if it were just the existence of loli and those who like it on their own, I wouldn't give a fuck. To each his own. It's everything else that bothers me
