large cuts of meat cook best at low temps for long times
for example i cook pork loin every week, its usually about 2.5 - 4 kg, i put it in at 425 for 20 minutes then 2.5-3hrs at 325
i've been doing lots of roast turkey, 5-7 kg, at 350 for 3 ish hours because of a sale for $1 CAD / lbs due to thanksgiving
for leaner cuts of meat, or steak/cutlets you want to do short time at high temperatures

if you actually want to put in EFFORT you can follow a 10 step recipe and get better flavour but i dont give a darn, i've been living alone for years

I though the top three based bean producers where the USA, Brazil, and China… Also isn't a majority of Leafland's soil to clay like to grow much of anything aside from potato's? Sure you could invest in a big ass green house and compost your own life breathing soil but that takes time.

ontario grows everything dude including a lot of soy
nobody really grows potatoes because they are too cheap at like $1.50 for 10 lbs
the prairies grow a lot more grains and cereal type things
apples are huge this time of year in ontario and you can get them for .50 CAD / lbs. peaches come from niagara area as well and can be dirt cheap in the early summer and best quality in the world.
idk much about the french, maritimes, islanders or west of the rockies though, i think they are all basically city slickers and welfare queens (maritimers (and newfies) are ok though if they are actual fisherman thoughever)

Well first you'd have to butcher her, for that remove her head, drain the blood. Then gut her, for that dissecting the abdomen may be the fastest.
Then you should strip her of the feathers and shave her skin. Then dissect her. It may be easier to shave her after dissecting, but the hair might get into the meat.
After the dissection, pick a few favourable cuts and roast them in an oven or cook on a skillet.
I recommend following a pork or maybe a beef recipe if her meat looks more like human than bird.
