floss depending on what kind of food you eat
i eat mostly raw fruits or cooked vegetables
but when i eat a stringy cut of meat then i floss
if i eat corn i floss
etc.

I brush twice a day water floss and normal floss once a day. I have a pretty ridged hygiene routine cause i never brushed my teeth when I had braces so i have a shit ton of fillings and dont want it to get worse
