I thought about why this is and most normies aren't invested into anything, they just go a long their life apathetical to everything and as soon anyone complains they are like "why don't you get a life" while they happily getting shafted. Though I think it's cringe their to be deeply invested into something such as Netflix but because nobody is actually invested they will happy accept getting shafted with another price hike after being socially engineered. Everytime they get fucked by enshittification or shrinkflation they don't care until they wonder why eating at mcdicks is 15 dollars for a meal, and they still eat it.
