You'd unironically have to down tens of pounds of food a DAY to get that fat and MAINTAIN that weight. It's like a full time job eating that much. Ask any bodybuilder what the hardest part of getting a body like that and 9/10 they will say eating.
Probably why big people were such a novelty back then. Now trash foods are STUFFED with calories. Even breathing funny will get you fat. Just snacking will make you obese.
