>download free spotify premium APK so i can play songs on demand and without ads
>cracked spotify apk gets fixed by spotify
>no new patch for 2 months
>patch finally comes
>fixed within the same day by spotify and the APK is rendered completely useless once again
at this point i may as well just download all my music as MP3 files and give up on trying to make spotify usable without shelling out 30 pieces of silver per month to the jewish executives. fuck kikes

flac is free lossless audio codec
basically the most you can compress audio without compromising its quality
while the not absolute peak quality its absolutely better than mp3 which is horrible
of course this assumes you have earphones that arent dogshit it doesnt matter what format you use if so
its bigger than mp3 but storage these days is very cheap
unless youre a consumer cuck who buys the latest garbage phone that charges over the ass for storage while removing microsd card slot
<but but you dont need that much space
fuck you kill yourselves niggers fucking gorilla niggers ruining everything now fucking ram is overpriced too now cant have shit these day
what was i talking about?
oh yeah mp3 dogshit sounds like paper cup and strings

Music streaming is probably the only subscription service I am completely content with paying for, having a recommendation algorithm is actually useful

thanks for the knowledge, bantsister. i decided on downloading a few albums as mp3s last night because my phone doesnt have a lot of storage space left and i have a shitty pair of €20 earphones so the minimal audio difference between flac and mp3 would be indecipherable anyway. using the mp3 player is already far better than trying to make jewtube or free spotify usable so i think it was a pretty good 20 minute time investment

>having a recommendation algorithm is actually useful
most of the recommendations i get are pretty uninteresting or just stuff ive already heard before so it isnt worth very much to me. the occasional meeper is nice thoughever

Ideally I would buy all my favorite albums on CD and use a combination of that and radio like in the olden days because I'm a pretentious hipster but Spotify has lots of indie music, not as much as SoundCloud or something, but it still has lots of lesser known bands, and the issue with music stores is that if they don't have a band you like in stock you're just shit outta luck, you could ask them to order one if it's something like Barnes & Noble I suppose but I don't know the situation at dedicated CD stores, what few of them exist nowadays. As for radio, SiriusXM is kind of strangling out local radio stations, it's actually kind of sad and insidious in the same way that Uber strangled out taxicabs in most cities. Sounds to me like maybe the FTC should do something about these big corporations essentially cornering the market on niche services ahaha but what do I know
