Touhou (Tołczu, Tołcio, 2hu) - series of shoot'em up games, a poor DoDonPachi ripoff. An object of sick fascination for chinese autists, who have been creating more and more pictures and songs with the series' heroines, and even fan-made short series and games.
Games
A common element of the games is the presence of girls in funny hats, as well as (except for the first game and two games where you take pictures of enemies xD) flying up to the top of the screen and blasting bullets while dodging enemy bullets. Despite its extreme technical simplicity and better games being available for consoles (Dodonpachi and Radiant Silvergun for Saturn, Ikaruga for Dreamcast and Gamecube, Hellsinker for PC) Touhou gained a lot of popularity. Twenty-four games in the series have been released, none of which adds anything new. Not only were the characters drawn terribly, but from the 6th part of the game onwards they stopped being cute, and the music done on General MIDI instruments took up a large part of the game files. So technically, even mitsuba written by 15-year-old Mati before mutation stands on a higher level.

The first Touhou yielded the fruit of the fap fantasies of chinese basement dwellers who drew their renditions of cute girls. In fact, the subsequent, exponentially increasing waves of loli OCs were caused by the earlier fan's creations, not by the games, as the popular opinion goes. Fumo (Fumo Fumo) - plush mascots in the shape of Touhou girls, which are immensely popular among weeaboos. Hundreds of videos in which they serve as role-playing puppets can be found on Jewtube. More recently, they have also become popular on foreign d.
A distinction is made between basic and deka (large) variations. A certain murrican website is responsible for the price of the mascots often reaching several hundred dollars. Fumo are hard to get even in Japan so don't even think about it.
The name Fumo Fumo comes from a rearranmeeperent of the letters in the phrase Mofu Mofu, meaning something soft and fluffy :3.
