>>233681Nah Scarface is way better than almost every mobster slop movie that came out of the usa from the 80s to 2000s, all of them were just shock content that catered to the interest in crime drama that society had at the time
Scarface isn't trying to be nearly as intricate as the other mob movies but it's funny and holds up really well
Also the point is that Tony was foolhardy and primitive enough to usurp control from weaker criminal kingpins but his nature inevitably got him killed, his crime syndicate rising and imploding theatrically… makes for good film
