soyjak should be pronounced like soyyahk but the word underwent Anglification and the j is pronounced accordingly (so 'jak should be pronounced like 'yahk), even doe wojak is pronounced like woyahk according to its Polish source
English doesn't usually change the original orthography of borrowed words o algo
