They then encourage them to mutilate their genitals and cut themselves to become, in their minds, a trans woman. They promote transgenderism as a remedy to their depressed, isolated and dysfunctional lives. The cross-dressing perversion acts as an outlet for sexual gratification and they are brainwashed into taking hormone replacement therapy.

They use anime to condition them to want to become feminine. Anime characters have over-exaggerated reactions and overtly emotional responses which appeal to people who are mentally disabled with autism. The tranny is the perfect consumer with the financial income of a man, the consumerism of a woman and the medical bills of a terminally ill patient.

The mutilation is permanent and irreversible. There's no going back to being a healthy individual, thus they become even more hedonistic and attached to the ideology. The cycle continues and they groom others to become mutilated like themselves as they are unable to escape the system forever.
