It reminded me of a conception in astrology. We call it the debilitation of the planet.
Debilitation sucks for a planet, it doesn't work for the planet, but it still has to go through it, to learn something from it, to understand that this is not the way, to appreciate more the right way.
Democracy resembles the fall of the sun in libra. When authority humbles itself to treat every voice equally, authority falls. Vitality is lost. Power is relinquished. Direction is lost.
It is a challenge for the sun to be in libra. The sun (authority) would rather be in the sign of the king (leo), or in the sign of the masculine (aries). Sensitive, people-pleasing libra would never work.
