Amateur drawings with real animation, easily. It's not even a competition. I know exactly what kind of weird wavy animation you're talking about and it fucking sucks. It's great you can make a pretty picture but if it takes you 4 months to make and then you go and shit all over it by """animating""" it with the warp tool, just draw a lower effort drawing but take the time to animate it properly

Animation in video is still kind of bad because her body doesn't have much dynamism and I think the artist is compensating by overanimating the face and hands and such, but it doesn't look bad
