the real reason why link was changed to look like a wierd ugly demon its because link was extremely white link was from a time when japan kind of mythologized white people because white people were fucking rich and had incredible culture in the past 10 years white people have been horrible with nothing but feminism and communism and asian shows have made the male characters look much more obviously asian and NOT white. they still like white women aesthetics though but thats obviously completely different so they made link unwhite, i would say they even made him look asian with a rounder face with a thick nose in japanese media, they loved white people from 1980-early 2000s, but white people just look like cucks because of feminism and communism and white culture is basically eradicated

so far: - new fire emblem looks average to above average but not worth $60 - pikmin is incredibly cultured as always and it was funny to watch the guy talk to the dog especially since the translator was being as deadpan as possible lole - new prof leighton is cool. Liked Leighton as a kid but not so much these days - poor man's silent hill (onyx) actually looks pretty cool - switch sports resort exists. I think it's incredibly cool they're using Wuhu Island again, that shit was my childhood, but sportsmates are still ugly as sin and no the fact you can optionally play as a mii doesn't make up for having to see those hellspawn everywhere - ravenous actually looks really good, what little gameplay there was looks excellent and I'm all for psychotic hunter gatherer samus, especially after prime 4 beyond had such trash writing. - mayro kratt update looks okay. I wasn't aware they swapped ? Blocks for ? Panels. That strikes me as a little gay. The floating rainbow cubes had so much character and fun and now they're just squares on the floor. Idk if i like the design of the ocarina of time remake. It looks overdone and lacks visual clarity and direction. Like everything just had an 8k texture ploped on into it. Twilight princess the one back on the GameCube and not the remaster looks like it aged pretty well visually since it at least had some art direction. Windwaker looked good as well.
