I never understood this "per capita le bad" meme It's not useful for anything IN ISOLATION because it excludes confounding factors, which is why it needs to be cross-referenced with said factors in order to mean shit. But that's like, basic statistics. It's a methodological issue with how (((conservatives))) use it, rather than an issue with per capita as a concept
