It actually wasn't that bad, almost everything he said about mechanics and the comments is gigatrue. Saying "the wrangler + rescue ranger took skill" is a bit of a stinky take imo especially since he never says how it took skill, just that it did, but aside from that it's zased he came out and said fuck sixes, and I agree, sixes shits up the balancing schema for everyone else
Beyond that it was the predictable "people I don't like play this game:(" drivel. I do think it's poignant that he brought up how nobody ever talks in casual, it's all silence because everyone is trying to play """competitively""" because that's the mindset mym pigeonholes you into. 6/10 vid, he didn't say anything objectively wrong about balance, only a few takes I can see someone subjectively not liking (eg, sandman cleaver was good actually; which I think it was but I know why people were annoyed by it), and that the comics ruined a few characters, although I don't get where he's coming from with some of those. Heavy only got better characterization from the comics, Medic was always this cartoon parody of the evil crazy nazi doctor, and Spy is the straight man of the comics, I don't know why he's boiling him down to "spy has sex LOL XD" when that's not how he's presented at all. I think it's all just meant to prime the viewer for the "tf2 has fallen" narrative he's trying to peddle which ultimately, he's only saying to set them up for his thinly veiled actual point: "tf2 is bad now because I have to play with trannies and furries in pubs and they votekick me for screaming nigger in the mic :( when will tf2 be based again like the old days?"
