made stirfried noodles :3
mix some soy sauce with garlic, ginger a splash of fish sauce and something sweet of your choice(honey, sugar, sweet soy sauce, i use mirin), sautée some veggies with a bit of the sauce, add the cooked noodles to the veggies then add the rest of the sauce, turn the heat to max and stir like a maniac.

Not pesto, it does not look oily, oily pasta is kinna gross. Although I did make pesto pasta last week, but no picture ;_;, oh well.

It is a personalised version of Tallarines Verdes without any dairy. Essentially, it is red onion, spinach, nuts, basil and my substitute ingredient to still give the suace the well known creaminess, zucchini. Keep my Vegan recipe a secret or i will kill you 0_0.

If you want a more traditional home recipe for Tallarines Verdes, I guess you can just look it up. Its just spinach, basil, red onion, walnuts, queso fresco/ricotta, parmesano and milk/water/broth blended up. Of course, it really varies, but I think that is generally the ingredients that make the sauce.

i would probably never eat brain but ive had beef kidney twice, once with a madeira wine sauce, it was absolutely foul. And i tried my luck again with a mousse, which was pretty good. The biggest issue of kidney is the texture imo, though even if it was only the taste i would most likely have any other part of the beef before it
