Flushes (honitsu/chinitsu) are next easiest to detect to kokushi probably, tanyao is similarly easy to detect.
Sometimes peepo do be waiting on single tiles and you just cant read some of those waits no matter how hard you try (nyaggas waiting last tile of non-seat/round wind just for the sake of fooling your reading) so just go with gut instinct or something, if you fail theres no fault of yours in that case
