New peatler update: I am currently doing a high-sugar low-protein low-fat zero starch diet, ai'm on day 3 right now. I think a good rundown of what I do is this:
>breakfast: carrot, highly sugared coffee, 12 oz. 1% fat milk, 1 packet of gelatin, this gives me 16g protein to last until dinner (6 pm)
>sweet tea/fruit juice consumed as craved along with supplementary minerals or B-vitamins
>no additional protein until 6 pm dinner
>dinner is about 1/4lb to 1/3lb lean beef, milk and sweet tea drunk according to thirst
>sweet tea/fruit juice to craving from dinner to bedtime, a small amount of milk allowed just before sleep
So far it feels great, probably the clearest my mind has been and the cleanest I've felt in a while. I'll continue this for at least a month to see how it goes
