If I just kept a private list of vtuber clips to search at my leisure, then 3 of the above benefits would disappear (2,3,4, technically 2 would just decrease but not disappear entirely). It takes the same amount of effort to maintain a private list of vtuber clips as it does to maintain a public list so posting a public list is a no brainier.
