Alright you fucking nerds, it's time for powermetal power hour

I'm not a huge fan of Dragonland in general but The Power of the Nightstar is a great concept album, highly recommend. They are very fun live
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4f95uUe_nI

Victorius massively lean into the absurd side of powermetal and sell it fully. They're also great live
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AUP9KF2Aaw

Fellowship and fulfill that Tolkien-esque fantasy metal style
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IB3UVYVsyQo

Gloryhammer are a classic and have genuinely funny "lore"

love the "lore" and all the fantasy aspects of powermetal in general - it reminds me a lot of wrestling, it's kind of goofy but cool at the same time. pretty kick-ass

 No. 323622 >>323623

>>323621
The thing with Gloryhammer in particular is that their first album is basically just a DnD campagin set in medieval Scotland and from their becomes this insanae space-faring adventure with time travel and alternate dimensions and evil clones
If you can suspend you disbelief enough to accept it, it's actually really great.

Also in the newest album the main antagonist is literally a basket weaver, which is fucking hilarious, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-O5TxWQkfr0

I'm hijacking this reply to mention Warlock A.D. because I forgot to before. They're a small Bri'ish band who opened at the powermetal festival I was at where all of their songs are innuendo's and they decided their setlist by rolling a D20 on stage, fucking brilliant https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G2Kk0kbeTeE

Oh hey, I made that edit and I've never posted it outside of /prog/.
Magma's the greatest band on the planet

 No. 323835

At the bar today it was all heavy metal bands playing, which was based. One of the sound guys/groupies/friends or whatever of one of the bands said he was thinking about forming a band and told me I have a nice voice and I should be a part so I gave him my number
He told me he needed a bassist which works out for me because I've actually been considering picking up bass for a few months and I think this might give me the motivation I need to actually stick with it instead of dropping it after a week. Even if the band doesn't work out everyone knows that women universally love bass players.
I'm just worried about band drama, if it does work out. Has anybody in bint been in a band? Is band drama common? How bad does it get?
Btw I don't expect to make money on this especially considering I'm just starting from scratch so I already know I'm ngmi as a rockstar, no need to point it out

This song would be amazing, if it wasn't for the fact that it was sung by Pozzy Osbourne. What an overrated piece of shit of a solo career, only made good by the amazing instrumentits that he and his kike of a wife, like every JEWISH vampire, they had to suck the soul of everything and squish every inch of their musicians and throw them away as if they were disposable trash. And even with these talented guitarists carryng him such as Jake E. Lee, Randy Rhoads or Zeke Wylde, none of them ever managed to capture the grandiosity and SOVL of Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward.

Theme for touhou doing impossible cool tricks

Seija and Sukuna riding skateboards
Kasen and Zanmu riding snowboards
Tewi and Reisen riding push scooters

In the middle of the song theres youki pushing the triwheeled bicycle with little youmu on it to make her ride it. In the end of the song he tries to ride it himself and falls from it. Little Youmu runs to him holding a med kit with cute cartoon rabbit stickers on it.

Armed Kasen with pink helmet and Seija on skateboard
Reisen on roller skates
Kaguya and Mokou on snowboard

Sukuna on tiny tiny skateboard on the table in reimu's shrine
Okina on surfboard

A little bit of:
MiB Mamizou making a stunt of being epicly in a traffic in her honda
Suika and Yuugi riding a tandem bike and cheering while sliding down from a little rump
Clownpiece riding Genji on a sled
