cwelden ring, greatbows are my favourite tool because of the advent of golem arrows but ds2 still mogs it, but for weapons it is the shunter cool design and girthy weapon the honorary colossal spear despite its length issues, i really like it neaer launch when it was good lol after the hyper armour buff it was too braindead but still a favourite weapon now its too slow on the cr1 and its shorter so just use lance but its still useful as it has old psgs tracking when is psgs so i do still use this weapon, morning star is probably same level to me the moveset is just so dynamic best hammer moveset from a gameplay standpoint of course the clubs still are faster and are overall better, but because its a hammer and it is short which doenst help that its at the bottom in length even in it calss, if it had an extended top spike to put it more at the stone clubs level it would just be too good, they could make the spike only has hitbox on the poke attacks i dont care i just get cucked on the punish and rollcatch. in dlc which ill seperate because its big enough to be a whole game the added bow and greatbow igons and bone are useful tools but for weapons i like the most it would be something like the 2 beter great kats rakshas and basic gkat but also the two new hts sword lance which is a worse lance except its crazy damamge and true combo and queeeelismngnsng sng s which is the longest, but overall fkgs zwei pokes with godslayer mvoeset just a true combo machine even after hitstun nerf

i do not pvp on ds3 ever and i wnet on today for like an hour and raped some real fucking hour sink guy while i had a huge health defecit after a backstab from him while i was on the lothric banner buff anim and i won cuz i did out play him
most fun i had in ds3 pvp was aldrich invasions because most people has cobbled together unoptimised builds at that stage of the game, i ran profane ugs and full exile set cause it looked bloatmaxxed. then when you reach the end it was just darksword slapfests and katana jousting, i stopped playing before the 1st dlc released.

i also tested throwing bombs and fire arrows into group of those stone guy and behind them into the pillar while they are frozen incase theres some hitbox that has to be enabled somewhere else, and fire bombs hit them from behind and the pillar and multiple in a group and the arrows did not
all these games have wholey unqiue comba t you cant find somewhere else and there is a lot of good fundementals especialyl casual ring because of the crouch and jump additions it is in which the presentation and stuff around it where problems exist
