Somali land and Puntland seem to be doing well for themselves but not being locked in a never ending civil war helps I'm sure, unlike the South.
Imagine had Somalia just peacefully negotiated a slither of coastline to Ethiopia in exchange for half of their majority Somalian desert. Then they'd both be better off and Ethiopia wouldn't be humoring the idea of raging yet another devastating war against Eritrea and the Tigris that they'll probably lose
