Implemented, deployed, and pushed. User flags now hydrate before deferred JavaScript and are finalized synchronously before native/AJAX serialization. Validated preferences are server-rendered from a browser cookie. Main forms and Quick Reply use the same canonical preference. Legacy storage migrates automatically; stale flags are rejected. “Erase storage” also clears the flag cookie. Fixed the malformed type="user_flag" input.
