Today marks the 20th anniversary of passing of Steve Irwin. I passed by the Beerwah, the town where he grew up, pub on my way home this afternoon, and even 2 decades on the the mood was still as somber as it was across the nation on the day of his memorial service, when the world said their final goodbyes.
