I often get into psychological death rolls similar to that, I sometimes feel as if there's a lot of wasted potential and I become blackpilled in the sense that it's more likely I'll continue to waste my life rather than do anything different over a substantial period of time, but it's kind of a situation where the only thing to do about it is try to make forward momentum and become goatee. You are not anybody expectations, including your own. Or something.
