Neo-Nazism is a meme. There is nothing coherent that anybody with any grip on reality could salvage from Nazism specifically. It is the anarchism of the right. Like how communism is the farthest left you can go without getting laughed out of the room solely on that basis, and anarchism exists beyond that, Italian-style fascism is the farthest right you can go without sounding like a braindead moron to any demographic except those strictly in lockstep with you.
That said, because of the times we live in, memes become reality. The OG 4chud wizards adopted neo-Nazism ironically, and then newfags semi-ironically, and the newfags that followed them took it unironically, but masked it behind a veneer of irony. Now, we're seeing even that precedent being broken.
