On the contrary: disposal of anti-social elements that crave mere physical pleasure as the sole mean to their existence would free up resources that could be used for goals of more noble kind. Preventing them from procreating is not immoral nor wrong from the persepctive of the collective. And doing so while fulfillimg their desire of earthly pleasures is not the most inhumane way of achieving such goal. Since those who are driven by their pleasures alone can compromise the interests of the species as a whole. Letting them roam free and seeking fulfilment via consumption and (pro)creation is not ideal, as long as their actions have potential to leave a mark on the matter or future processes, for example: usage of sex as a device of pleasure, corrupts its primordial purpose, potentially leaving their preversion as an inconsequential artifact or, in some cases, a cause of the degradation of the species. Neither of those consequences are necessary (for whom?) and it's best if they're avoided.
