It's a rainy and river-side soho-themed map that's fairly small and simple, inspired by arena_granary. Also there's a shop in the middle back (Run by Kyouko and Mystia) that acts as a slightly faster one-way path for the team who doesn't have the point. Comes with a haste powerup to boot (Subject to change if needed) so each path has a distinct advantage when pushing.
-The floor-level shop is fastest but leaves you furthest from the point.
-The escalator path gives you high ground but you have to drop down to cap the point (also you have to retreat the furthest for resources if you want to keep high ground). Also you can't access it as the attacker without explosive jumping or det jumping.
-The subway is the slowest (I think) but you get a small health kit on the tracks and it leaves you in the most secluded part + resource filled part of mid

I think there's probably a cleverer way to detect when a last point is in play by using teamplay_point_unlocked
If you do a preprocess step at the start of the round where you iterate through all CPs on the map and collect the maximum ID, you've likely found the last point and can store it in a variable
Then, you can compare the point which is being unlocked with this variable, and if it's exactly equal, then BLU is probably attacking the last point
You could probably also make it work with multi-stage maps by attempting to find which team_control_point_round is in play and parsing its control point handles and iterating over those instead of every CP in the map
