Hmmm, I keep forgetting that it has a different effect on me and generalize my experience on others. For me it made more introspective and solved some mental barricades I had. Find a party full of Goyim and go there, bare thru the pain and awkwardness or maybe try going homeless for a couple of days, these are unironic fixes btw I'm too tired to type out a lengthy explanation here but trust me ;)
