1. Go to https://vimm.net/vault/15480 and download the .iso file
2. Download https://github.com/eltanschauung/halo-ce-universal/releases/download/v1.02/halo-windows-release.zip and extract it
3. Put the .iso file you downloaded in the same folder as halo.exe
4. Run halo.exe and select the .iso
5. You'll reach the main menu
