A decade or so ago a Major in the US military, as I've heard it, influenced by Islamic radicalism, shot and killed or wounded a number of servicemen at Fort Hood before being shot and paralyzed. He faced a military tribunal and was sentenced to life confinement. The Trump administration, specifically Pete Hegseth, recently decided they would cart this old ass man out in his wheelchair and execute him by firing squad, on livestream. They then went back on it after people called it such crazy and unpatriotic things as "insane", "depressing", and "dystopian". I don't know if they still plan on killing him, and frankly, I don't care, but there will definitely be no livestream. Some are displeased by this, as they anticipated the execution of this person would be "super feckin based". Hope this helped. Pic unrelated.
